Shipping policy
UK Delivery
We offer a number of delivery options to suit your needs. Our delivery options available on our website are fulfilled by Royal Mail and Parcel Force, this cost covers postage and packaging.
Orders must be made by 12pm to be dispatched the same day, after 12pm they are dispatched the following working day.
We’re not able to take responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. However if there does seem to be a problem, and your delivery didn’t arrive please do let us know and we will assist in any way we can.
If you order multiple boxes to be dispatched to a single address, we may need to contact you to to pay extra on the postage than our websites calculates. If this is the case we will be in touch.
International delivery
We offer international tracked delivery which is sent vi Royal Mail. If you would like to know about alternative overseas delivery options please get in touch hello@thesweetreasoncompany.co.uk.
Courier
We use Parcel Force for our courier service and larger orders. If you would like to discuss this for your order to get a quote, please contact us hello@thesweetreasoncompany.co.uk.
Multiple deliveries
For multiple orders and deliveries to different addresses, you can either make separate payments, so you just add what you want in each transaction to the cart, complete that order then go back and do your next order. If in doubt or you have any questions just email us on hello@thesweetreasoncompany.co.uk and we'll help you. We are happy to take orders via email if that is easier for you.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for products that are incorrect or arrive damaged. If either of these occur please contact us immediately. Once we know more details we will offer to re-send the items or exchange them. Please call us on 0208 425 9785 or email us on hello@thesweetreasoncompany.co.uk with the details.
Post dated delivery
Post dated deliveries need to ensure enough days are allowed for the delivery option you have chosen, in particular second class which takes up to 3 days. Also, we cannot guarantee any delivery date unless you select the tracked delivery option which is guaranteed.
