How to buy a gift

Below gives you a quick step by step on how to order one of our delicious boxes for somebody special.

Standard box from the occasion section:

1. Once you have selected your product, click the ‘Buy now’ button
2. You will then be taken to the box label field where you can type the message you want printed on the outside of the box, for example: Happy birthday
3. On the perosnalised card you can type your message on the right hand side, this will be printed exactly as you have written it and included in your gift box
4. The left hand side of the personalised card is pre populated with the contents of the box you have chosen or the brownie bites ingredients, depending on which product you have chosen. If you have selected a brownie bites box, the ingredients are listed.
5. Click 'Add to cart'. You will be taken to the cart, here you can provide special instructions to your order if you need to
6. There is the option to pick a preferred delivery date for your box, in case you are planning ahead. This can only be guaranteed if you use special delivery and order before 12pm the previous day. Otherwise we will do our best to get it there when you need it. We can't be held responsible for any delays by Royal Mail or if you don't leave enough time for us to process the order.
7. Review your order and once you are happy with it click 'Check out'
8. Complete the check out form, or sign in of you have an account and select where you want the gift sent
9. If you set up an account you will be sent an email and asked to verify your email address, this stage isn't essential for an order to be placed
10. 'Continue to next step' where you have the chance to use any discount codes and also select your payment method, credit card or Paypal
11. Once you have confirmed your payment you will be sent a confirmation email of your order via email
12. You will also receive an email from us once we have dispatched the order

Choose Your Own

1. Select the box you would like to order
2. Click the ‘Buy now’ button
3. Select all your treats and drinks from the drop down menus that you want to be in the gift box
4. If you have selected the large afternoon tea box you will select 4 bakes and 1 tea, which will give you 4 tea temples of that tea flavour. 4 swizzle sticks will also be in the box
5. If you have selected a small afternoon tea box you will select 2 bakes and 1 tea, which will give you 2 tea bags of that tea flavour. 2 swizzle sticks will also be in the box
6. If you have selected the brownie bites boxes you will pick the flavours that you would like in your box.
7. You will then be taken to the box label field where you can type the message you want printed on the outside of the box, for example: Happy birthday

Monthly box

1. Select the 3, 6 or 12 month Tea for Two monthly box, or the 3, 6 or 12 Tea for Four monthly box
2. Click the ‘Buy now’ button
3. Select which box you want to send on each month from the drop down menus
4. Add a box label that we will print and add to the outside of your box, for example Happy birthday, Congratulation etc. This will be added to the first box we send, the following boxes will have an appropriate label on them.
5. On the personalised card you can type your message on the right hand side, this will be printed exactly as you have written it and included in your gift box. For the remaining months, we include a card specifying Month 2 of 3, with a brief, appropriate message.
6. Click 'Add to cart'. You will be taken to the cart, here you can provide special instructions to your order if you need to
