These artisan Marshmallows are made from pure cocoa folded into fresh marshmallow fluff. Hand-cut and rolled in freshly grated dark chocolate to give a delightfully soft 'truffle' texture, they are a unique gourmet experience.
Caster sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar, fish gelatine, chocolate (contains 70% cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins, natural flavouring), cocoa powder, water, salt.
