Let the New Years Eve celebrations commence! We've handcrafted this gift box with all you need to see out the year in style. Toast the New Year while toasting marshmallows, the ultimate night in.
This gift contains; assortment of 3 bags of our delicious marshmallows (Double Chocolate, Champagne & Elderflower and Raspberry & Lemon). Alongside 8 bamboo skewers and a smokeless/ odourless brazier.
Serving suggestion: Gently warm the marshmallows on the skewer and drizzle with salted caramel sauce. Allow them to cool sufficiently before eating. Truly delicious!
The brazier can be extinguished as required and relit on another day. It is easy to light and burns for up to 2 hours. Do not leave a naked flame unattended.
Vanilla Marshmallows
Sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, gelatine, corn starch, vanilla seeds, natural vanilla flavouring.
Salted Caramel Marshmallows
Sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, Caramel au beurre salé 5.4% (sugar, glucose syrup, full milk, whipped cream, salted butter Isigny (3.7%), salt Guérande, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin), gelatine, corn starch, salt.
Raspberry Marshmallows
Sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, raspberry (3.7%), gelatine, corn starch.
Lemon & Raspberry Marshmallows
Caster sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar, fish gelatine, raspberry puree, raspberry powder, lemon juice, confectioner’s sugar, cornflour, water, salt.

Champagne & Elderflower Marshmallows
Caster sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar, fish gelatine, elderflower cordial (sugar, water, glucose syrup, elderflowers, fructose, citric acid, natural flavourings), champagne abv 1.2% (contains sulphites), confectioner’s sugar, cornflour, water, salt.

Double Chocolate Marshmallows
Caster sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar, fish gelatine, chocolate (contains 70% cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins, natural flavouring), cocoa powder, water, salt.
