Organic butter, organic 70% dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla) organic raw cane sugar, organic gluten free blend, (rice, potato, tapioca, maize & buckwheat), raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener (xanthan gum), free range eggs, salted caramel (full cream  milk powder, glucosa syrup, skimmed milk powder, vanilla), organic sea salt .

Our gluten free products are made with wheat free flour and gluten free oats (where applicable). Please be aware; our products are produced in a kitchen that handles gluten products, though to minimise risk of cross-contamination we have thorough cleaning protocols and bake on a separate schedule to all our other bakes.
